Josak Care and Support Team

Josak Care and Support is staffed by a devoted team of competent care and support personnel. The senior management team oversees the services. This team consists of the Director, the Service Manager, an Operations/Safety Manager, and a Senior Support Worker. The organisation has a continual improvement strategy. Everyone on our staff team has a training matrix and a personal growth plan. Self-improvement and increased knowledge of the care service are strongly encouraged.
